Every region is merged into one schematic. Spaces in the name become dashes so //schem load name works, then //paste.

Put the file in .minecraft/schematics and load it from the Litematica menu (M).

Not supported

Old MCEdit .schematic files from before 1.13 and vanilla structure .nbt files.
